Kindly provide the following documents to obtain Singapore tourist/ business visa.

1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity
2. Three recent color photographs in white background 35 mm x 45 mm in size close up of full 70 to 80% face photo should be Matt-finishing. (see specimen attached)
3. Duly filled Form 14A (Kindly fill it with the same pen throughout)- (attached herewith)
4. Cover Letter on Company Letterhead (if Self employed then on company letter head if employed then on plain paper) (should mention name and passport no. of people travelling together and their relation to applicant)- (see specimen attached).
5. Company Covering letter & invitation letter if business visit
6. Invitation letter + invitee passport 1st & address page and Valid PR copy if family visit- (See specimen attached)  
7. Bank statement for last 6month with stamp and signature with 30,000/- minimum per head.
8. If employee then leave letter or 3-month salary slip or Office ID. (see attached company noc letter format)  
9. If Self employed then GST certificate or Incorporation certificate.
10. Ticket Copy and Hotel Voucher.
