Please find an attached Australia application forms and following are document checklist to obtain visit visa.

Australia visa application form 600 (1419):  Application form to be filled completely. (Please Find attached form)

Passport: Valid for at least six months, Scan copy of passport first, last and used pages in PDF file. Old passport first, last and used pages in PDF file if any.

Photographs: One recent color photographs in soft copy JPEG format, semi-matt, in size (35mm x 45mm), with front face on a white background, without borders. The face should cover 70-80% of the photograph. (see specimen attached) 

Covering letter: covering letter from applicant to mentioning name, passport details, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, date of travel and about expenses during visit in PDF file. The letter should be address – To the visa officer, Australia High Commission, New Delhi.

If visit family/ friend– Invitation letter + passport copy 1st & address page + Visa copy + Address proof

If the host sponsoring the trip, then provide the bank statement for the last 06 months + Salary slips for the last 06 month + Address proof

Pan Card or Aadhar card in PDF file

Flight Tickets and Hotel If already booked in PDF file. (Optional)

Proof of Occupation:-

If company employee

• Company GST certificate
• Company bank statement for 06 months
• Company ITR for 3 years

If Student

• Student ID card and birth certificate

Personal Financial documents:

• Original updated bank statement for the last six month with bank seal and sign in PDF
• Income tax papers for the last three years in PDF
• Investment in shares or funds, property paper, Fix Deposit Receipts in PDF file
