1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using www.timeouttraveller.com (“Website”) or booking any service with Timeout Traveller (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. Our Services
   We arrange travel services, including domestic and international tour packages, honeymoon and weekend packages, hotel and accommodation bookings, transport (cabs and other vehicles), sightseeing and related activities. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as hotels, transporters, airlines, railways and activity operators.
3. Enquiries, Quotations and Bookings

• Package details, prices and itineraries on the Website are indicative and may change with availability, season, and supplier rates.
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receive the required advance payment.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices may change after that period or if the travel dates, number of travellers or services change.

4. Payments

• An advance payment, as communicated at the time of booking, is required to confirm your reservation.
• The balance must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation. Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation of the booking, and cancellation charges will apply.
• Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, UPI or other methods we communicate. Please pay only to the accounts shared by us officially.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per law.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions
   Each package lists what is included and excluded. Items not listed as included (for example airfare, entry tickets, personal expenses, tips, meals not mentioned, and travel insurance) are payable by you directly.
6. Traveller Responsibilities

• You must give accurate names, contact details, ages and ID information for all travellers.
• You must carry valid photo ID, and any visas or permits required for your destination.
• You are responsible for your own health fitness for the trip, especially for high-altitude, trekking or adventure activities.
• You must follow the guidance of our guides, drivers and local authorities.

8. Changes by Us
   We may change itineraries, hotels or vehicles because of weather, road or landslide conditions, government orders, strikes, or supplier issues. We will offer a reasonable alternative of similar standard. If a trip cannot go ahead, we will offer a refund of the amount paid or a rescheduled date, after deducting charges already paid to suppliers.
9. Changes by You
   Requests to change dates, hotels or travellers are subject to availability and may lead to extra charges.
10. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delay, change or cancellation caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, flight or train disruptions, or technical failures. Additional costs arising from such events are borne by the traveller.
11. Limitation of Liability

• Third-party suppliers are responsible for their own services. We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, illness or death arising from their acts or omissions.
• We are not responsible for loss or theft of baggage or valuables. Please keep them safe.
• Adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk. We recommend travel and medical insurance.
• Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.

12. Conduct
    We may end services without refund for any traveller whose behaviour is unlawful, abusive or a risk to others, or who damages property.
13. Website Use and Intellectual Property
    All text, images, logos and design on the Website belong to Timeout Traveller or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written consent. Prices, images and descriptions may contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct them.
14. Third-Party Links
    The Website may link to third-party sites (for example social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Privacy
    Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Complaints
    Please raise concerns during the trip or within [7] days of its end by writing to info@timeouttraveller.com. We will try to resolve them promptly.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
